I am Rebecca Nordquist, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and the owner of RLN Counselling Services. I created RLN out of a deep belief that people need safe places to be heard, supported, and understood. Counselling can offer a steady space to slow down, make sense of what you are carrying, and begin moving toward healing.

I hold a Master of Divinity in Clinical Counselling with a concentration in Pastoral Thanatology from Tyndale University, along with a Graduate Certificate in Biblical Care and Counselling from Heritage College and Seminary. My background includes experience in church, community, crisis care, grief support, pastoral care, and counselling settings.

My approach is warm, relational, trauma-informed, and compassionate. I do not see clients as problems to be fixed. I see them as whole people with stories, strengths, wounds, relationships, values, questions, and hopes. My goal is to offer a space where you can feel safe enough to be honest, supported enough to keep going, and respected enough to move at a pace that honours where you are.

For clients who wish to include faith in counselling, I am able to integrate that respectfully and collaboratively. For clients who do not wish to include faith, counselling remains client-centred, clinically grounded, and focused on the goals that matter most to them.

At RLN Counselling Services, my hope is to meet you where you are, honour the story you carry, and support you as you take the next step toward healing, connection, and growth.
